LSR is the best women’s only institution affiliated with DU, located in the Lajpat Nagar locality of New Delhi. In 1956, it was established by the late Lala Shri Ram in the memory of his wife.

3. Hans Raj College

Hansraj was at first built as an institute for only men but develop into co-ed in 1978. Presently, Hansraj is located in North Campus.

4. Hindu College

Hindu College is located on North campus and one of the oldest colleges which are affiliated with DU. It was established in 1899 Late Shri Krishan Dassji Gurwale.

5. Sri Venkateswara College (Venky)

Over the past decade, Venky has established itself as a leading co-educational commerce college and located on south campus.  It was built to promote higher education among South Indian students in 1961.

6. Jesus and Mary College (JMC)
